Aishwarya Infra supplies construction materials including M-Sand, P-Sand, Cement, AAC Bricks, Red Bricks, and Steel. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion. Product availability is subject to stock and supply chain conditions.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders placed with Aishwarya Infra are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated separately.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, availability, and logistics conditions. Aishwarya Infra shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or supply disruptions.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier or delivery address.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Aishwarya Infra or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
